With a foundation in graphic design, Bethany began her career as a professional artist and later as an assistant to an Interior Designer. She spent five years teaching high school art and graphic design in the Issaquah School District before shifting her focus to Real Estate. In the years that followed, she worked in commercial real estate and gained hands-on experience as both a real estate investor and a landlord—perspectives that strengthened her understanding of property value, market strategy, and long‑term investment potential.
As a child of a military family, Bethany grew up with exposure to diverse places, cultures, and communities—experiences that gave her great appreciation for people and the many ways they define “home.” She moved to the Seattle area in 2018 and today, Bethany lives in Lake Forest Park with her husband, Josh, her two children, Jackson and Beckham, and their cat, Rye. Her husband, now a Financial Advisor, did framing in college and she learned a lot about construction doing remodeling projects with him. She finds joy in the beauty of the outdoors, art-making, cooking, and good coffee!
Now, as a Realtor with Windermere North, Bethany is excited to combine her love for people, problem‑solving, and the Pacific Northwest. She guides clients through life’s transitions with care, calm, and clear communication. Her goal is to provide exceptional service, empower clients with knowledge, and build lasting relationships along the way.
